By downloading or using PCOS Weight Loss ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
The App is a general wellness and nutrition-logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It cannot tell you whether you have PCOS, whether your symptoms are related to PCOS, or how any specific food affects your body. Nutrition estimates from photos are approximate and can be wrong; meal scores are based on general nutrition references, not clinical thresholds, and are not personalized to your medical history, medications, or lab results.
Always talk to a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified clinician about your health before making significant changes to how you eat, and about any symptom that concerns you. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in this App. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
The App stores the information you log (meals, symptoms, cycle days, profile, and similar) locally on your device. The one exception is a meal photo, which is sent to our server and on to our image-recognition provider to be identified, and which we do not keep. PCOS Pro is a paid auto-renewing subscription. It is sold and processed by the store you installed the App from — Google Play Billing on Android, Apple's In-App Purchase on iOS — not by us; we never see or hold your payment details. The price, billing period and any free-trial terms are shown in your local currency on the subscription screen before you confirm a purchase.
A free trial, where offered, converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can view, manage or cancel a subscription at any time — on Android, in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions; on iOS, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled under the refund policy of the store you bought from, Google's or Apple's. Deleting your data inside the App does not cancel a subscription.
Features, pricing, and content are subject to change. Where a change affects an existing subscription, the notice and consent rules of the store you bought from apply.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal wellness tracking, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any decisions made based on information shown in the App.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
