Questions, bug reports, refund questions, anything at all — write to support@ichime.dev. We read every message and usually reply within two working days.

It helps if you say which phone you are on, which app version (Settings, at the bottom), and what you were doing when it went wrong.

The app does not have an account

There is no sign-up, no password and no login screen. Everything you log — meals, weight, cycle days, symptoms — is stored on your phone only. That is also why we cannot look up your data or restore it for you: we have never had a copy of it.

I changed phone and my logs are gone

Because nothing syncs, your history does not travel with you. Before you switch, open Settings and use Export as CSV to save everything. The new phone starts fresh.

I paid for PCOS Pro but the app still shows Free

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. That asks the App Store what your Apple ID owns and unlocks Pro again — useful after a reinstall or on a second device signed in to the same Apple ID. If it says nothing was found, check that the phone is signed in to the Apple ID you bought with.

How do I cancel?

A subscription is held by Apple, not by us. Cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or from Settings › Premium › Manage subscription inside the app, which opens the same place. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.

Refunds are Apple's to give, not ours — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What happens to a meal photo?

It is sent to our server and on to OpenAI to identify the food in it, and we keep no copy. If you would rather nothing left the phone, log the meal by hand instead — Log a meal manually sends nothing anywhere. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete everything?

Settings › Delete my data erases everything on the device in one step. Delete your data lists exactly what goes and what is kept.

A number looks wrong

Nutrition estimated from a photo can be wrong — that is why the portion is editable on the score screen, and why the app shows the arithmetic behind every score rather than asking you to trust it. If a score looks indefensible, send us the meal and we will look at it.

PCOS Weight Loss is a general wellness and nutrition-logging app. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it cannot tell you whether you have PCOS or how any food affects your body. Please talk to a doctor, dietitian or other qualified clinician about your health.
